Spacious, top floor end-unit condo with outstanding views, located in the upscale community of Valencia in Pelican Bay . It is located close to the Community pool, hot tub and clubhouse with fitness center. Private tennis (18 courts) and the breath taking waterfront beaches are a walk (or beach tram) away. Beach-side dining and lounging offered in cafés and restaurants. This relaxing community is very centrally located and is walking distance from the up-scale Waterside Shops that boast great shopping and dining. The Naples Philharmonic and the outstanding Mercato Shopping and Entertainment Center are all within easy proximity.
3 bedroom, 1800 sq ft condo on the top floor of a 5-story building with high ceilings and lots of light. Tastefully decorated 3BR/2BA includes split bedrooms layout, a spacious dining and living room area, and eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and. The two screened lanais overlook the golf course (on the east side) and the Club house and swimming pool (on the west) The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms have twin beds and a queen bed, respectively. Wi-fi internet and flat screen TV included. Elevator or stair access and full sized washer and dryer included, as well as a covered parking space close to the elevator.
The Valencia is situated at the ideal location on Pelican Bay. Only 5 minutes walk to the Commons and the resident-only tram service, or walk 15 minutes to 3 miles of private beach on powder sand, in a unique natural environment. As a tenant, you will have full access to everything that Pelican Bay has to offer. After your Yoga, stretching or exercises sessions available at the beach club, the friendly Foundation staff will provide you beach chairs and umbrellas. They also will set up for you a sail boat, kayak or canoe to relax or exercise. With your transferred membership enjoy the security of "members only" access to the beach, trams, tennis courts and Community Center.
BOOKING TIPS.
Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.
Also many Naples Communities require 30 day minimum stays so Calendar month bookings help meet this regulation.

Finally, if you have not checked out CSA GUEST PROTECT TRAVEL INSURANCE we urge you to take a second look. In past years at least half a dozen clients have been forced to cancel their trips for medical or other family reasons. Others met with unforeseen events during the trip..including emergency doctor's assistance, rental car damage.... and even a cell phone in the swimming pool !
