Naples city council unanimously voted to reopen its beaches without any time restrictions during a special meeting Tuesday morning.

The council also decided to reopen Naples City Pier and its concessions, the city dock to pedestrian traffic, as well as the concessions and volleyball courts at Lowdermilk Park.
