3. If we all decide to move forward, paperwork is executed with your customer, and "broker to broker", to secure your referral commission.

   For both OWNER and TENANT referrals this is generally:

   1. 2.5% of the lease rental income in Year 1, paid on the date of occupancy
   2. A further 1.0% of any lease rental income in Year 2
