Only 5 minutes walk to the Commons and the resident-only tram service, or walk 15 minutes to 3 miles of private beach on powder sand, in a unique natural environment. As a tenant, you will have full access to everything that Pelican Bay has to offer. After your Yoga, stretching or exercises sessions available at the beach club, the friendly Foundation staff will provide you beach chairs and umbrellas. They also will set up for you a sail boat, kayak or canoe to relax or exercise. With your transferred membership enjoy the security of "members only" access to the beach, trams, tennis courts and Community Center. BOOKING TIPS. Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.
