There is a full eight seater dining room and the fully equipped kitchen – with gas stove - contains stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from a full dinner to a tray of cocktails to enjoy on the screened lanai. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms have queen and two twin beds, respectively, spacious closets, and share a full bathroom. Golf is available on a “pay as you play” basis at the private Golf Courses Located minutes to Naples and Marco Island beaches and only forty-five minutes from Fort Myers airport or one hour from Punta Gorda Airport. Fiddler's Creek Club fee membership is available (access to resort pool, restaurants and clubhouse fitness facility) for a onetime $500 fee. Homeowner's Association Application Fee $100.
