The home is located on a quiet residential street within easy driving distance of the acclaimed Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and the Ritz Carlton Beach Resorts.

Clubhouse memberships are available to tenants at The Strand. Clubhouse members will enjoy the Tennis and Pickleball courts, Fitness Complex, Pool facilities, and the Clubhouse which is inclusive of all dining venues and the social calendar. One time Club transfer fee is $350 ( plus tax).

Tenants and their guests may choose from a variety of dining venues both outside and inside with wonderful meals prepared by the culinary staff and Executive Chef.
The 55,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse offers casual dining in the Players’ Lounge for lunch while the extraordinary buffets and A la Carte dining is found in the Grille Room and on the Verandah for outdoor dining. The Tennis Center offers 8 Har Tru tennis courts and boasts of the most innovative and active tennis programs in SW Florida. Members enjoy clinics, mixers and round robins for both men and women. Regardless of age or ability there is a program for you! The newly added Pickleball courts have been so much fun to learn and meet others for a quick game.
The recently renovated Fitness Complex offers separate weight training and strength stations as well as state of the art aerobic equipment. A separate fitness studio offers classes as well as personal training can be arranged. Indulge in one of the spa treatments at the Day Spa located in the Fitness Complex.
The heated Jr. Olympic size pool allows you to relax poolside or simply enjoy the water. Food and drink can be enjoyed around the pool from the Poolside Cafe. The little ones can have fun in the playground area located right next to the pool. The newly added Chickee Hut has fans, music and WiFi for everyone to enjoy right outside the pool area.
