Luxurious Garden Terrace unit in the Grande Preserve (Grand Dominica building) gated community of The Dunes. 90 day minimum rental in peak season. Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with many upgrades, including frameless shower doors, plantation shutters, design moldings, electric hurricane shutters, custom built-ins and much more. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a master king bed, with queen beds in each of the guest rooms. The condo has a wide-open floor plan with a large morning/family room, separate living room, dining room, kitchen, large laundry room.
Enjoy yourself in the outdoor hot tub on a private landscaped terrace, or walk a few steps down your private stairway to the tranquility of the heated, salt water pool/spa (and BBQ’s), reserved exclusively for building residents. The condo terrace is all yours and provides plenty of indoor and private outdoor space for your family or friends, with al fresco dining in the screened lanai. There is a designated underground parking space and there is a private elevator from the secure parking garage up, and directly into, the condo.
The Dunes has all the amenities of a 5 Star Resort following a $10mm. renovation in 2019 ( for which it received the Sand Dollar award). Features include a Tiki Bar, Resort zero edge pool with waterfall, fine dining restaurant, a fabulous poolside indoor/outdoor bar, Grand Spa, superb fitness center, fully staffed six-court tennis facility and business center. The North Naples location places you close to The Mercato and the Waterside Shops and many elegant restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Membership is optional at $575 a month but, to introduce you to this superb facility, we are pleased to offer FREE CLUB membership FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF any PEAK SEASON 90 DAY STAY. Catch the shuttle in front of your building and, in a few minutes, you are whisked to the exclusive beach-front club which offers a full service restaurant and bar, pool, beach chairs, towels, and beach-side service. A real luxury, and you can renew membership on a consecutive weekly or monthly basis at the pro rated monthly rate. Please advise if you wish to pre-book Floridian Club membership for the balance of your stay, in addition to the free month.
