Newly renovated and decorated, quiet location, very near Community Pool. This second floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath home is light and airy with a tropical feel with wonderful water and preserve views from the screened - in, spacious lanai. Perfect for your winter vacation.
There is a private entrance, with foyer above, and an attached garage. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook with seating for four. The open living room has wonderful light and allows for easy entertaining. The home will sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has two vanities, and a large shower. The second and third bedrooms contain a queen bed and twin beds, respectively, with an adjacent shared full bathroom. Entertainment is fully provided for - flat screen TV's in living room, master and twin guest room - and wi fi internet service is in place. The condo boasts a spacious lanai with outdoor dining for four under a tropical fan.
Fiddler's Creek Resort is an exclusive, gated, upscale, resort style community conveniently located between Naples to the north and west, and Marco Island to the south. Both areas include great dining, exciting entertainment, shopping and access to boating waters and sandy beaches. The community is beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. At the guests' option, Membership privileges can be extended to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee, irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler's Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center as well as three swimming pools with waterfalls, slides and a whirlpool spa. There is a casual poolside restaurant and bar overlooking the lake and a more formal restaurant open for dinner and Sunday brunch in the clubhouse. The award winning, Arthur Hills designed Fiddlers Creek 18 hole course has a full pro shop and complete practice facilities and guests also have the choice of the Rookery course. There are eleven tennis courts and an extensive golf and tennis program calendar.
BOOKING TIPS.
Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.
Also many Naples Communities require 30 day minimum stays so Calendar month bookings help meet this regulation.
Reserve online to PUT YOUR PROPERTY ON HOLD. We will contact you to confirm availability and cost estimate and any minimum nights stay. Once CONFIRMED, we will send paperwork for signature and charge your deposit TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
Finally, if you have not checked out CSA GUEST PROTECT TRAVEL INSURANCE we urge you to take a second look. In past years at least half a dozen clients have been forced to cancel their trips for medical or other family reasons. Others met with unforeseen events during the trip..including emergency doctor's assistance, rental car damage.... and even a cell phone in the swimming pool !

It also covers almost every emergency during your trip for all occupants of the home and also provides concierge services to look after some of your holiday needs.
