Luxurious Old Florida style Naples vacation rental with impressive architectural entrance and front porch, overlooking expansive garden of almost ½ acre. Designed to emphasize indoor and outdoor living at its best, the screened lanai and large sundeck feature a brand new outdoor kitchen/BBQ, a newly resurfaced swimming pool and hot tub, and designer quality patio furniture. A fully fenced backyard provides privacy and ample room for children and pets to enjoy. The home sleeps up to ten people and bedrooms are well spaced out for privacy, with two on the ground floor for the less mobile. The second floor master suite has a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub and shower and a private sun deck with a glorious aerial pool view. There are three guest bedrooms (two with queens and one with two double beds) and a den or fifth bedroom (with sleeper sofa), and a further three and a half baths to service the guest bedrooms. There is a formal dining room, spacious great room with high ceilings, plantation shutters throughout and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen/family area with a 5 burner gas cook top, hardwood custom cabinets and a "candles only" fire space. Exquisite furnishings and linens are all brand new..straight out of the box. The home has a total of 5 Smart TV's, is equipped with a full house air purification system and has an oversized 3 car garage. Coquina Sands is located just north of the Naples Beach Hotel and west of US 41. The home itself is within 5 minute walking distance of the favored Loudermilk Beach Park. The park features outside picnic areas, a large covered picnic pavilion, restrooms,kayak and boat rental and playground….and miles of white sandy beaches ! Water enthusiasts can boat from Hurricane Harbor up through Doctor's Pass, and out to the Gulf of Mexico. The home is also very close to two fine hotels for refreshment or casual dining – the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club, and the Edgewater Beach Hotel. This community is just a short drive to spectacular shopping and dining on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South in downtown Naples and there are full service and specialty grocery stores close by. THE PERFECT RETREAT TO SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS ! 7 night booking minimum, but multi-week stays preferred in peak season to coordinate better with other guests.

David was very responsive to our text messages during our stay. He compensated us for the delay in the cleaning service upon our arrival. He was nice and easy to work with. The house on Crayton was newer, clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. It fit our family of 5 beautifully from space for the kids to hang out either in their bedrooms, the family room or pool area. The kitchen and seating areas were spacious. Loved the beach chairs and proximity to the beach. We biked to the Naples Pier and daily rode to the beach. We did not want to leave and are hoping to be back in the house next year!

I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone looking for a vacation rental. They were amazing to work with. They got back with us immediately whenever we had a question. The house was wonderful and we loved it. We are planning on renting it again next year. The only thing to watch in the house is the tile floors both inside and out. They had a nice clean look, but a little slippery. Everything else was awesome. Thanks a lot!
