This boutique waterfront condo, just steps from historic Olde Naples, is in the heart of all the action, while close to white sandy beaches. Located just off the main boutique-shopping street, 5th Avenue, and within a few blocks of the Beach, Tin City, Cambier Park, Art & Antique Galleries, Performing Arts, Fine Dining, and all Downtown Shopping and Night Life. The lanai, which is accessed from either the great room or the master suite, offers long south facing views of the bay, as well as surrounding yachting, sailing and resort facilities. The lanai is glassed in for air conditioning but also offers awning windows to enjoy the fresh sea breezes. Beau Mer is a waterfront boating community located between the Naples Bay Resort on one side and the historic Tin City on the other. It is just a quick hop to any of the bars and restaurants along the water shuttle route: Bonefish Grill, Cove Inn, Tavern on the Bay, Boathouse Restaurant and the famous Kelly’s Fish House. Also the ‘Naples Princess’ cruise ship is within steps of your condo. Daily lunch, dinner and sunset cruises are offered and it’s a great way to learn your way around Naples Bay. You can also rent Kayaks, Jet Skis, Paddle Boats, Sail boats and Fast boats at the Gordon Marina across the street.
The up-to-date kitchen is fully stocked and allows full at-home meal preparation. The elegant dining room seats four. The master king bedroom ( with flat screen TV) opens on to the lanai and the bathroom has a combination tub shower and there is also a private dressing area and sink to allow two people to access the bathroom simultaneously. A front load washing machine is located adjacent to the bathroom; contemporary dryers are available in the building. The living area offers ample seating and a queen sleeper for the occasional overflow guest. A flat screen HDTV is located in the living room, plus complimentary wireless Wi-Fi is provided.
The condo is accessible by elevator (wheel chair accessible) and there is a keyless entry system for added convenience and security.
Beau Mer is a small community with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You will meet people from around the world here. The grounds are well maintained and there is a beautiful heated pool with spa, lots of gas grills for your convenience, and a pool enclosure with a wet bar and bathroom facilities.
BOOKING TIPS.
Tenants usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH. To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR.
Reserve online to PUT YOUR PROPERTY ON HOLD. We will contact you to confirm availability and any minimum nights stay. Once CONFIRMED, we will send paperwork for signature and charge your deposit TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
Finally, if you have not checked out CSA GUEST PROTECT TRAVEL INSURANCE we urge you to take a second look. In past years at least half a dozen clients have been forced to cancel their trips for medical or other family reasons. Others met with unforeseen events during the trip..including emergency doctor's assistance, rental car damage.... and even a cell phone in the swimming pool !

Nice property at the right price for extended stay
I stayed here for 30 days. Everything you want in a Naples rental property - lanai view of the Napes Bay, walking to downtown, Tin City, Bayfront shops and dining, adequate pool plus hot tub (bonus) and a grilling station. Sufficient kitchen supplies, I didn't cook for one, but you could manage, you just aren't hosting a dinner party here, which didn't matter to me. Linens and supplies were also sufficient, with good closet space. The dressing area and additional sink/vanity are useful for more than one occupant. No issues whatsoever with hot water or a/c. The property and decor is functional and clean. For the price, this property checks all the seriously important boxes, and I'd recommend staying here! David, the property manager for this unit, is very responsive and helpful.
